XLC -type spin -stream sinking sand pool working principle
The raw water enters from the cut line, and the rotation flow is initially formed. Then the impeller forms a certain flow rate and duty, so that the sand that adheres to the organic matter is gradually washed each other, and it rely on gravity and rotation resistance to the center of the sand. Follow the axial water flow upwards. The sand accumulated by the sand bucket is lifted through the air increase pump or sand pump, and the sandwater separator is completely separated. The separated sand rows to the trash can (simplified) and the sewage flows to the grille well.
Application
1. The equipment is generally used in front of the first sinking pond of the urban sewage treatment plant. After the grille, the larger inorganic particles in the sewage are separated (generally greater than 0.5mm). Most of the air sand is used. If the sand pump is used, the wear is generally high. Steel pool body is suitable for small and medium -sized traffic.
2. It is used in a single spin -flowing sand pond. When using gas -raid sand, its combined structure function is similar to the Dor sinking sand pool, but under the same process, the structure of the combination occupies a small area and high efficiency.
